完全的順服會是怎樣的？難以想像，難以實踐……5:19　群眾中有些人專門告訴別人要這樣做，要那樣做，自己卻不去實踐神的律法。耶穌澄清這點，指出遵守神的律法比解釋律法更重要；真正將律法付諸實踐比學習神的律法和教導人去遵行艱難得多！在順從神的功課上，你又如何呢？
謹守律法的法利賽人不也是值得學習的對象？那我……5:20　法利賽人對遵守律法要求得非常嚴格，我們又如何能勝得過法利賽人的義呢？其實耶穌所指的是好行為的本質。法利賽人的弱點是只遵守律法的表面意思，卻沒有讓神改變他們的內心。耶穌說聽祂話的人需要另一種義——愛與順服。所以，我們的義——好行為必須是（1）來自神在我們心中的工作，而不是來自我們自己的能力；（2）以神為中心，而不是以自己為中心；（3）為了得神的悅納，而不是為了別人的認可；（4）超越律法條文的表面，遵行其裡面所包含的真義。
動怒與殺人等同？不是吧，我倒想聽聽你的意見……5:21-22　耶穌的意思是凡動怒想殺人的，實際上就已犯了殺人罪。法利賽人覺得沒有殺人就很公義了，可不知他們惱怒耶穌，雖然沒有親手殺死祂，卻已真真正正犯了殺人罪。所以，我們要明白神設立這些律法條例的目的，就不會捨本逐末了。你是否正在遵行神的律法，卻錯失了祂對你真正的期望呢？

台灣衛生署口腔委員會主委台大名譽教授韓良俊表示，牙膏含適量的氟，對人體是沒問題的。氟可以加強牙齒表面的抗酸性，達到抗齲齒的效果，民眾無須太過擔心。
要做好口腔清潔，真正關鍵在正確刷牙，牙齒的每個面都刷乾淨，用什麼牙膏反而不是重點。以我個人習慣來說，每回吃完東西，我一定立刻刷牙，去除附著在牙齒表面的食物殘渣，但只有夜晚睡覺前，我會用牙膏刷牙，刷得久一點。很多民眾覺得出門在外帶著牙膏不方便，可以嘗試不用牙膏刷牙，會讓刷牙變得更輕鬆。
雖然不用牙膏刷牙也能達到清潔牙齒效果，但牙膏會讓口氣更清新，加強刷牙後的舒服感。至於用鹽巴刷牙，要留意對牙齒的磨耗，若刷牙力道太大，用拉弓、拉鋸子的方式刷牙，磨耗會更嚴重。

俗話說，藥即是毒，過量的氟會造成慢性氟中毒，但微量使用是沒問題的。話雖如此，始終有派人士反對用氟。
會不會蛀牙，除了牙齒本身「體質」好壞，細菌、口水多寡，以及有沒有碳水化合物、醣類附著在牙齒表面，都是影響因素。口水跟纖維確實有自淨作用，但效果畢竟有限，不可能單靠舌頭加口水刷牙，就達到潔牙效果。
市售牙膏種類非常多，價格差異也很大，民眾不必太過迷信愈貴的牙膏就愈好。牙齒有沒有刷乾淨，關鍵還是在刷牙技巧，有沒有刷得徹底，就算是光用牙刷刷牙，只要方法用對，也可以達到清潔效果，只是技巧要更高超。
至於用鹽巴刷牙，民眾要特別留意，因為鹽巴粒子粗，很容易傷害牙齒表面，若刷牙力道又大，可要小心「鐵杵磨成繡花針」了。
