【曾希文】吃什麼,可好睡?台北長庚醫院營養師許美雅說,想要助眠,就要多吃含有「色胺酸」的食物,色胺酸有人稱之為天然的安眠藥,可幫助體內合成褪黑激素。

助眠食物:全麥品、高鈣質

含有色胺酸的食物,有全麥製品如燕麥雜糧、大豆、香蕉、優酪乳、牛奶等。平日攝取充足鈣質,像小魚乾等,可抑制神經興奮,具穩定作用。其他礦物質,如鐵、銅也能安神鎮靜,多存於肝臟、瘦肉、魚、蔬菜中。另外,維生素B群,也能安定神經,具有紓緩效果。

台灣長庚醫醫院中醫內科部主治醫師高銘偵推薦吃桑椹,減少失眠和多夢;也可煮蓮子龍眼湯,容易取得,接受度也高,一樣具也有安神效果。

睡前禁忌:吃太飽、喝太多

另外,想要擁有一晚好眠,有些大忌不可犯,例如吃太飽,晚上和朋友聚餐大啖火鍋等高熱量食物,如此消化系統在夜晚時還得加班工作,不能休息。

許美雅建議,晚餐最好離睡眠至少3到4個小時,而且吃七、八分飽即可。

有些因為半夜得起身上廁所,打擾睡眠,可儘量避免晚上喝水。含咖啡因的咖啡和茶、可樂,甚至巧克力,更不用說,一碰提神讓人離熟睡越來越遠。建議一天不超過兩杯咖啡因飲料,最好過了下午四點就忌口不喝。

有人習慣睡前品酒,一開始可能讓人昏沉微醺,但過量的酒精會干擾睡眠,容易導致淺眠,許美雅說:「就算睡著,品質也不好。」另外,睡前也要避免抽菸,因為尼古丁有刺激性。

助眠姿勢:手腳開、大字型

許美雅建議,最舒適的睡姿,就是手腳打開約45度,整個人呈現「大字型」,此時肌肉和筋骨獲得充分的放鬆伸展。睡前做點適量的伸展操,不激烈不過量,選擇觸感佳的衣服,也是技巧之一。至於會打呼的人,可改側睡或多調整睡姿,減少上呼吸道的阻力。

曾有一說,指出在床頭放洋蔥,特殊的氣味,有助於睡眠。但許美雅認為,洋蔥屬刺激性食物,與其放洋蔥,還不如擺顆蘋果,其中的蘋果多酚與香氣還比較能穩定神經。
