創世記
14:9 就是與以攔王基大老瑪、戈印王提達、示拿王暗拉非、以拉撒王亞略交戰,乃是四王與五王交戰。
14:10 西訂谷有許多石漆坑。所多瑪王和蛾摩拉王逃跑,有掉在坑裡的,其餘的人都往山上逃跑。
14:11 四王就把所多瑪和蛾摩拉所有的財物,並一切的糧食都擄掠去了;
14:12 又把亞伯蘭的侄兒羅得和羅得的財物擄掠去了。當時羅得正住在所多瑪。
14:13 有一個逃出來的人,告訴希伯來人亞伯蘭,亞伯蘭正住在亞摩利人幔利的橡樹那裡。幔利和以實各並亞乃都是弟兄,曾與亞伯蘭聯盟。
14:14 亞伯蘭聽見他侄兒(註:原文作“弟兄”)被擄去,就率領他家裡生養的精練壯丁三百一十八人,直追到但。
14:15 便在夜間,自己同僕人分隊殺敗敵人,又追到大馬士革左邊的何把,
14:16 將被擄掠的一切財物奪回來,連他侄兒羅得和他的財物,以及婦女、人民,也都奪回來。

不被眼前事物所誘惑,憑信心仰望神的應許,好像有點空泛……
14:12 羅得貪求一切最好的東西,使他陷入罪惡的網羅。多得財富和成就的渴望,反而令他失去自由和享受。他被基大老瑪擄去,可能會受到嚴刑、奴役或面對死亡。我們也像他那樣,常被引誘去做不該做的事,或是去不當去的地方。我們所渴望的美好前途往往會引誘我們,奴役我們,甚至俘擄我們。

亞伯蘭擁有勇氣與謹慎,叫他戰勝敵人,我又以甚麼來作爭戰的準備?
14:14-16 這件事描繪出亞伯蘭的兩個特點:(1)他從神得到勇氣,能攻擊強大的仇敵。(2)他作好準備,下功夫訓練家裡的壯丁,去應付可能的衝突。我們不知道神會在甚麼時候呼召我們去完成艱巨的任務,我們應當像亞伯蘭一樣,作好準備,回應神的呼召。

亞伯蘭能夠當機立斷,解決問題。在相同之處境下,我會作甚麼回應?
14:14-16 亞伯蘭聽到羅得被擄後,立刻去救他。本來,不惹禍上身是最穩妥的,但是羅得遇到危難,亞伯蘭就立刻採取行動。為了幫助別人,有時我們也會陷入痛苦和混亂之中,但我們應當像亞伯蘭對羅得一樣,願意立刻採取行動。

14:15 And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which is on the left hand of Damascus.
14:16 And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.

收假上班沒精神 調整飲食與睡眠

【中央社】不少人希望假期愈長愈好,但終究還是要面對現實,建議可從均衡飲食、適度運動、充足睡眠著手調整,三、五天後就可調回正常作息。

台北新店耕莘醫院精神科暨心理衛生中心主任楊聰財表示,一般人長假後通常會覺得無精打采,提不起勁,注意力不集中,甚至懷疑自己為何不再多請幾天假,這就是所謂的「收假症候群」,不過,想歸想,還是要及早面對現實。

楊聰財指出,放假期間容易暴飲暴食,還會飲酒、喝咖啡,這些都不利正常作息,建議民眾應先調整自己亂掉的飲食習慣,三餐定時定量,少吃辛辣、油膩、刺激的食品,吃高纖維、高礦物質及富含維他命的食品調整自己的抗壓力、抗憂鬱能力,使情緒安定。

很多人在長假期間熬夜,也是收假後無法收心的主因。

楊聰財建議,除了提早上床,營造「適合睡覺」的環境能讓思緒放鬆,臥室儘量不透光,促使褪黑激素分泌旺盛,有助及早入眠,白天適度運動、睡前聽些輕音樂,對睡眠品質也會有幫助。

楊聰財說,「收假症候群」一般在三、五天後會恢復正常,若屆時上班仍無法專注、無精打采,建議要尋求醫師專業協助。
