【本報綜合報導】英國一份研究指出,不管你胖瘦、有錢還是貧窮,只要改變四個生活習慣,就能「多活14年」!這四個生活習慣包括吃足夠的蔬菜水果,不要抽菸。東森新聞報報導,這份由英國劍橋大學和英國國家醫學研究理事會合作的研究,針對2萬名年齡45歲到79歲的英國人進行長達13年的追蹤,從1993年到2006年,他們的社會背景不同,不過以白人居多,至少在研究期間他們並未被診斷出罹患癌症。

研究人員調查受試者的生活習慣,包括不抽菸,每周飲酒量限制在一到七杯之間,每天吃五份蔬果,以及有運動活動(如工作需要長時間坐著,但是每天有運動至少半小時;還是工作本身就需要活動。)全部作到者滿分四分。
