21:6 門徒就照耶穌所吩咐的去行,
21:7 牽了驢和驢駒來,把自己的衣服搭在上面,耶穌就騎上。
21:8 眾人多半把衣服鋪在路上,還有人砍下樹枝來鋪在路上。
21:9 前行後隨的眾人喊著說:“和散那(註:“和散那”原有“求救”的意思,在此乃稱頌的話)歸於大衛的子孫!奉主名來的,是應當稱頌的!高高在上和散那!”

21:6 And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,
21:7 And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set him thereon.
21:8 And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed them in the way.
21:9 And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.

【中央社】有失眠症狀的人,愈在意失眠就愈容易失眠,建議民眾應先找出讓自己失眠的壓力源,再找方法紓解壓力,再養成定時上床習慣,才能真正睡好覺。

台北市書田診所精神科主任醫師陳家駒表示,根據統計,台灣約有480萬人有失眠問題,有250萬人有慢性失眠問題,其中約有三分之一主訴自己害怕睡眠。臨床就曾發現有個案因長期處於淺睡狀態,致白天精神不濟、工作效率差,但不知自己為何失眠,久而久之,每到晚上就怕自己睡不好覺,愈怕就愈會失眠。

陳家駒指出,除了有部分失眠個案是因為「打鼾」無法進入深度睡覺外,大多數失眠都是壓力導致,慢性失眠者常常因不知自己的壓力來自何方,因此首要之務就是協助失眠者找出壓力源。

他建議有失眠習慣民眾,不妨寫詳實記錄自己每天白天作息的「生活日記」,試著從中找出壓力源,適著紓解壓力,再找出能讓自己在睡前放鬆心情的方法,更重要的是,要養成一定時間上床睡覺的習慣。

陳家駒說,睡眠是人的生理需求,有一定的週期與規律,雖然安眠葯對暫時性失眠的患者能達到一定效果,對長期性失眠的患者療效卻不佳,建議有失眠症狀的民眾,不要迷信吃安眠藥、睡前喝酒、喝牛奶有助睡眠等說法,應從養成良好的睡眠習慣著手,才是解決失眠問題的根本之道。
