8:22 地還存留的時候,稼穡、寒暑、冬夏、晝夜就永不停息了。”

8:21-22 從聖經中我們看到神為了拯救世人,無數次顯出祂的愛心和忍耐。祂雖然知道人心中充滿邪惡,仍不停地試圖挽回他們。當我們犯罪遠離了神,理當受神審判毀滅,但是神應許在基督再來審判並永遠毀滅邪惡之前,祂不再毀滅地上的萬物。現在,四時的交替時常提醒我們神這應許仍在。

8:20 And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

飲食治療心臟病 新解!

 研究稱適量飲用咖啡,不會增加冠心病患病風險。

咖啡是否影響健康?

適量飲用不增加冠心病風險咖啡含有1000餘種生物活性物質,其中有些物質如咖啡因,對心臟有害,而有些物質如抗氧化劑,則有保護心臟的作用。因此,咖啡是否影響健康,一直是科學家多年來爭論不休的一個話題。

由於有了更為精確的檢測技術,上世紀90年代,一些爭論得以明確。研究顯示,咖啡含有抗氧化劑鞣酸,可以抑制葡萄糖六磷酸酶系統,並減少內源性葡萄糖的吸收,不僅能提神醒腦,緩解壓力,適量飲用也不會影響人體健康。近年來的病例對照研究發現,適量飲用咖啡,不會增加冠心病的患病風險;只有在短期內過量飲用咖啡,才可能影響心臟健康。

吃蛋,好還是不好?

每天吃一個雞蛋安全健康。雞蛋黃中含有50~250mg膽固醇,因此,不少人認為雞蛋是食物中膽固醇的主要來源,因而拒絕吃雞蛋。其實,雞蛋中的膽固醇是與蛋白質結合在一起的。按顆粒大小,膽固醇可分為極低密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白。前兩種可沉積於血管壁上,而後一種卻有清除血管壁上膽固醇的作用。此外,蛋黃中還含有豐富的卵磷脂。

飲紅酒有益健康?
