快樂的食物

黑巧克力

黑巧克力含有多酚(polyphenols)及苯乙胺醇(phenylethylamine),前者可促進認知功能,後者就更神奇了,因為血中濃度太低可能出現憂鬱症,若太高則可能造成精神分裂。

乳清

替代食物:粉狀乳清
