創世記

37:8	他的哥哥們回答說：“難道你真要作我們的王嗎？難道你真要管轄我們嗎？”他們就因為他的夢和他的話，越發恨他。
37:9	後來他又做了一夢，也告訴他的哥哥們說：“看哪！我又做了一夢，夢見太陽、月亮與十一個星向我下拜。”
37:10	約瑟將這夢告訴他父親和他哥哥們，他父親就責備他說：“你做的這是甚麼夢！難道我和你母親、你弟兄果然要來俯伏在地，向你下拜嗎？”
37:11	他哥哥們都嫉妒他，他父親卻把這話存在心裡。
37:12	約瑟的哥哥們往示劍去，放他們父親的羊。
37:13	以色列對約瑟說：“你哥哥們不是在示劍放羊嗎？你來，我要打發你往他們那裡去。”約瑟說：“我在這裡。”
37:14	以色列說：“你去看看你哥哥們平安不平安，群羊平安不平安，就回來報信給我。”於是打發他出希伯崙谷，他就往示劍去了。

因自誇而傷害了身邊的人，又忘了將榮耀歸給神……
37:6-11　約瑟的哥哥們對他已經懷恨在心，不想讓這個弟弟來管治他們。約瑟不成熟和趾高氣昂的態度，更使他們火上加油，為了去除這根眼中釘，憤怒的哥哥們把約瑟賣到埃及去作奴隸。沒有人喜歡吹牛的人，約瑟受了多年的磨煉，終於明白才能和知識都是從神而來，人應當感謝神，而不應自誇。後來，他也學會將榮耀歸給神（41:16）。

Genesis

37:8		And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.
37:9		And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.
37:10		And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?
37:11		And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying.
37:12		And his brethren went to feed their father's flock in Shechem.
37:13		And Israel said unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.
37:14		And he said to him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it be well with thy brethren, and well with the flocks; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.

Due to boast and hurt the people around, and forgot to return to the glory of God……
37:6-11 Joseph's brother who he has real resentment, do not want to let this brother to rule them. Joseph immature high gas Aung Toe and attitude, so that they more fuel, in order to remove this thorn in the side roots, angry brothers to sell Joseph to Egypt as slaves. No one likes boasting of the people, by the years of Joseph temper, and finally to understand that knowledge comes from God, people should thank God, and should not boast. Later, he will also learn to Glory to God (41:16).
