14:61	耶穌卻不言語，一句也不回答。大祭司又問他說：“你是那當稱頌者的兒子基督不是？”
14:62	耶穌說：“我是。你們必看見人子坐在那權能者的右邊，駕著天上的雲降臨。”
14:63	大祭司就撕開衣服，說：“我們何必再用見證人呢？
14:64	你們已經聽見他這僭妄的話了。你們的意見如何？”他們都定他該死的罪。
14:65	就有人吐唾沫在他臉上，又蒙著他的臉，用拳頭打他，對他說：“你說預言吧！”差役接過他來，用手掌打他。
14:66	彼得在下邊院子裡，來了大祭司的一個使女，

為甚麼耶穌不兩條都回答？
14:60-64　耶穌不回答第一個問題，是由於證據錯誤且混亂，面對造的指控，緘默比澄清更聰明。但若拒絕回答第二個問題，就是否認自己的使命，所以祂回答了這個問題，祂的答案也預告了角色將要大轉換：耶穌將坐在神的右邊，審判現在控告祂的人。那時，他們就要回答祂的問題了（參詩110:1；啟20:11-13）

大祭司為了名利竟出賣自己的使命，我也曾步他的後塵嗎？
14:63-64　眾人之中，大祭司和公會的成員本是最熟悉聖經、最能認出彌賽亞來的，他們的工作也該是向人指明神，可是他們只關心自己的名譽和權威。他們看重的只是肉身的保障，而非永恆的保障。

14:63		Then the high priest rent his clothes, and saith, What need we any further witnesses?
14:64		Ye have heard the blasphemy: what think ye? And they all condemned him to be guilty of death.
14:65		And some began to spit on him, and to cover his face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the servants did strike him with the palms of their hands.
14:66		And as Peter was beneath in the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest:

Why did Jesus not have to answer two?
14:60-64 Jesus did not answer the first question, the evidence is due to errors and confusion in the face of the allegations made , silence is more intelligent than to clarify. However, refused to answer the second question, denied that his mission, so he answered that question, his answer also notice a big role to be converted: Jesus would be sitting on the right side of God, now the trial against him. At that time, they should answer the question of his (Senate poetry 110:1; Kai 20:11-13)

Priest to fame and fortune has betrayed its own mission, I have not follow his steps?
14:63-64 people, the high priest and a member of the Association is most familiar with the Bible, the Messiah come to recognize that their work is to the person specified in God, but they only care about their reputation and Authority. They value only to protect the body, rather than permanent protection.
